SECURE Login System

Please note that the Opportunity Technologies, Ltd. Login System uses THREE levels of access:

YOUR ACCESS > LEVEL 3 - The SUPER MODERATOR/ADMINISTRATOR.

DO NOT GIVE THIS ACCESS TO ANYONE ELSE unless they are a business partner or someone that you absolutely TRUST!

This access gives you full Moderator access plus access to the Super Moderator page (via a button/link found either near the top of the Moderator page called User Admin or on a ClassMaster/TourMaster or SupportMaster, in the MENU as User Admin or For Super Admin Functions Click Here which will show on the opening page of the room just below the Download VideoUploader link).

As YOU will be probably the ONLY person setting up new Moderators and Guests, you will need to get the following details from them:

Username:
Password
Email:
Challenge Question:
Challenge Answer:

This allows Moderators to recover lost passwords without contacting you as long as they can remember the Challenge Question and answer it EXACTLY. Should they get it right, an email will be sent immediately the email address they supplied you.

MODERATOR ACCESS > LEVEL 2 - Enables all Moderator features EXCEPT the ability to ADD or DELETE new Moderators.

You can click on the Super Moderator Admin link near the top of the Moderator room, to ADD new Moderators. You ONLY give them a LEVEL 1 access (enter numeral 2).

Please enter between 6 to 30 characters for the Username/passwords (Maximum is 30), and make sure that you can remember them.

This way there is NO POSSIBILITY of one of your Moderators turning bad on you or other users and deleting your access. YOU will be the ONLY person who has the ability to ADD or DELETE new Moderators.

GUEST ACCESS > LEVEL 1 - For password protected Client entry pages.

Uuse this for where you have customers/clients/members, that would be attempting presentations and overviews and would not be given Moderator capabilities. You can create individual login details for each attendee (entering a numeric 1) and sending the details to them.

Noteable Change > Boot/Banish functions - The new system removes the two button system and replaces it as follows:

To BOOT/BANISH a user just LEFT mouse click on the name so that it is hilighted then RIGHT mouse click...you will now see both options show. Click on the selection and then ENTER. You'll be asked to CONFIRM that you wish to proceed with the action so there should be no possibility of accidently banishing someone if you only intended to boot them.

The Opportunity Technologies, Ltd. system is totally SECURE - the only way anyone can gain access to the Super Moderator Admin is if YOU give it to them. If this should happen and you require us to rebuild the Login Area of your site again, a charge of US$15 will apply.
