SalesMaster
Live voice and text chat. Complete with a moderator panel to allow owners to control their room with 'boot' and 'banish' functions. Other features include; page push with 'follow me', polling features, mute all, branding that the customer themselves can change or rotate and more. Read below.
Features include
- Under the SalesMaster name is the Attendee Names and Active Speaker indicators. When a person holds the TALK or F9 button down, the 'face' icon will display a red box around the image to indicate the person speaking. Once the red box has gone you know that you can respond is a question was asked or carry on with the presentation. Special features attached to attendee names/icons: By putting your mouse pointer over your name, then clicking on it to hi-light it then right-mouse clicking, you will see a new menu panel as shown below:
- POLLING - Selecting YES will replace your face icon with a THUMBS UP icon, selecting NO will turn it into a THUMBS DOWN, thereby giving an instant feedback to questions posed. QUESTIONS/STATEMENTS - Selecting 'Ask a question' will put a ? mark over your 'face' and selecting 'Make a statement' will put a ! mark over it. Selecting 'Nevermind !' will remove any currect selection made. Moderators also have access (once logged in) to the MUTE ALL, UNMUTE ALL and BOOT/BANISH features.
- The Check Boxes allow you to hand over to a visitor, the ability to allow them to use the 'page push' and unique CO-browse features. If ticked they can take everyone else in the room on a tour until you un-tick them.
- The Options button is what you click to change your Username or turn on the voice server if you were to be disconnected for some reason.
- The Text Chat button when clicked, opens up a new window which shows the list of attendees and allows text messages to be entered and read by all. At this time there is no private messaging but it's planned for future versions. All transcripts can be COPIED and SAVED, using the appropriate buttons.
- To TALK you have 3 choices...hold down the F9 key, left-mouse click and hold down the TALK button or click once on the HOLD MIC button. Click RELEASE MIC when finished.
- Enter URL here and Broadcast - This is where you can enter a web address to 'push' pages to attendees or use the drop-down menu of pre-saved URL's. To first set these up, click on the ADD button below. You can then type in your URL's, in the order they would most likely be called up. Make sure to NOT include http:// as this is already pre-formatted. You just need to enter www.AAAAA.com for example. You can load up to 20 URL's in this area. While in a conference, you can select a URL and click on PREVIEW to see in the right window, the page to be pushed...if happy with the selection, you can then click BROADCAST.
- ENABLE/DISABLE FOLLOW ME - This is our unique CO-BROWSING function that allows the Moderator/Presenter to first push a web page or PowerPoint presentation and then start the CO-browsing session. After the ENABLE FOLLOW ME button has been clicked and the first page 'pushed', the presenter only needs to click on links within the page pushed and everyone will SEE what the presenter sees on his screen. Clicking DISABLE FOLLOW ME will stop this function.
- Beneath the Enable Follow Me button is another unique VoiceCafé feature that allows personal BRANDING. This 'box' is actually a WEB PAGE that can reside on your site. What this allows is the capability for you to update this page anytime, without any need to contact us to edit it for you. Designs could include a logo graphic, rotating & linked banners, sign-up pages and so on.
The TOP MENU consists of the following buttons:
- HOME - This would be the web page that becomes the DEFAULT in the main window (same area that pages are 'pushed' into). That URL always shows in the status bar until another pages is broadcast from the left menu area.
- E-Mail - Linked to the email address entered during order process, allowing easy access by visitor to contact room owner.
- HELP - Opens to a web page that has suggestions on solving and issues/challenges that visitors may have, with getting their microphones working.
- AUDIO CONFIG - Opens to a web page tool that can solve some problems with sound card settings and testing of talk & playback levels.
- USER ADMIN - Strictly for the use of the room owner. Allows the setting up/deleting of approved Moderators. Only those with Level 3 access which should only be the OWNER, would have this access.
- RESET - Brings the 'page push' area back to the default setting.
- FORWARD & BACK ARROWS - Allows presenter to step back or forward to previously 'pushed' or browsed pages, without needing to click links.
- STOP - Clicking will stop any 'page push' in progress.
- REFRESH - Same as clicking F5 button it refreshes the browser screen, which might be necessary if a page doesn't load properly or something 'locks' up.
- PRINT - Clicking on prints any page that is present in the main window.
